The basic principles  of the game

  1. Field sizes: 40-54 L, 20-25 W
Goal area: a semicircle with a diameter of 4-6 meters from the center of the gate.
The goal is 3 or 5 meters wide and up to 2 meters high.

  2. The ball:  Number 5, like in regular football.

  3. The number of players - according to the field size, 5-7 per team, including a goalkeeper.

  4. It is forbidden to run - not with a ball, not without a ball, not to skip, not to jump. Walking only!

  5. The number of participants is 5-7 players on each side, depending on the field's dimensions. Unlimited substitutions while the game is standing.

  6. Minimum physical contact with an opposing player, not a kick, push, tackle, or anything the referee considers excessive contact - will be punished with a free kick (indirect).

  7. Do not tackle from behind, or the side, or in a way that the referee sees as a dangerous tackle.

  8. There are no offsides.

  9. Do not head the ball  - it is considered as touching by hand

  10. Do not lift a ball above the height of your head. If a ball goes over the goal frame, the ball will return to the opposing team from the spot of the kick.

  11. When starting or resuming a game after a goal, there is no direct kick to the goal.

  12. Penalty situations: a defender entering deliberately the box, a goalkeeper deliberately leaving the box..

  13. A penalty kick is taken with only one step. All players are 3 meters behind the ball.

  14. If the ball goes outside, it is returned to the game with a kick from the place where the ball came out. Corner kick - from the corner of the field.

  15. All free kicks are not direct. The ball will go to the opposing team in case of a violation.

  16.  The defending players move 3 steps away from the free-kick spot.

  17. The player must not touch the ball inside the box, the ball will go to the opposing team.

  18.  If a defender enters his penalty area it is a free ball  (penalty) for the attack (except because of momentum).

  19. If an attacker enters the box - the ball goes to the other team (unless due to momentum).

  20.  If a goalkeeper goes out of his box to the ball, it is a free ball (penalty) for the attack (except because of momentum).

  21. It is forbidden to return a ball handed to the goalkeeper to the goalkeeper, except through a third player.

  22. A ball that is kicked into the field while saving a goalkeeper and is high above the head - the game will stop, and the ball will be returned to the goalkeeper.

  23. A ball that the goalkeeper pushed over the crossbar or to the sides of the goal, or that hit the shield and went out to the goal will be considered a corner kick.

  24.  Non-main goalie to perform a DROP KICK or handball over head level.

  25. If the goalkeeper kicks the ball high above the head, a free kick will be given to the other team, 3 meters from the center line

  26. Goalkeeper will clear the ball within the area in less than 6 seconds

  27. If a player falls to the ground, the game must be stopped,   Do not play if the player is on the ground

  28. The referee is the final arbiter!

Penalties and sanctions on players

A yellow card is a warning to the player and he stays on the field.

The referees of the game must use timed temporary suspensions (blue cards) in all cases traditionally considered cautionable offences.

Therefore, the options open to the referee to impose a suspension from the game are:

• A player will receive a blue card and be temporarily suspended from the game - the team is left with one less player

• A player will receive a red card and will be permanently removed from the game - the team is left with one less player

A player receiving a blue card will be suspended from the game between 2 and 5 minutes.

A blue card can be given for any of the following offenses (in addition when a reckless offense is committed):

  1. unsportsmanlike conduct

  2. Demonstrating opposition by word or action

  3. Continuous violation of the game rules

  4. Game restart delay

  5. A foul that prevents a safe opportunity to score a goal (for which the attacker is given a penalty)

A red card is used when a player commits one of the following offenses (in addition when an excessive force offense is committed):

  1. Serious foul play or violent behavior

  2. Spitting on an opponent or any other person

  3. Uses offensive, insulting or insulting language, receives a second blue or yellow card in the same game.

A player sent off with a red card is not allowed to take any further part in the game nor is he allowed to sit on the substitutes' bench.

Penalties and sanctions on a team

Starting of May 2024, a new law was introduced that aims to reduce the number of runs on the field.

1. Every non-walking foul by a player is counted as a team non-walking foul

2. With the ruling for a fourth offense, the opposing team is entitled to a direct penalty kick (penalty)

3. After the kick - the count starts again for the team against which the penalty was awarded.

4. In the group counting, there is no disqualification of penalties for personal offenses for violating the rules of the game
